Mount Bromo

The Bromo Tengger Semeru national park, was the only conservation area in Indonesia that had the uniqueness took the form of sand sea measuring 5.250 hectare.

In sand sea was found by seven centres of the eruption in two routes that cross that is from east-west and east sea-west

From the east sea-west this power emerged Mount Bromo that including the active volcano that from time to time could issue the eruption smoke.

The Tengger ethnic group that was around the national park was the religious original Hindu ethnic group. According to the legend, the ethnic group's origin from the Majapahit Kingdom that isolated it self.

The uniqueness, saw the inhabitants around (Tengger ethnic) appearance did not have the fear although known that Mount Bromo danger, including also tourists who often visited the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park at the time of the Kasodo Ceremony.

Several locations/the object that was interesting to be visited :

1. Cemorolawang.
One of the entrances headed the national park that often was visited to see from the distance of the carpet and the Bromo crater of sand sea, and camped.
2. Tengger sea of sand and Mount Bromo.
Rode a horse and climbed Mount Bromo through the ladder and saw the sun rose
3. Pananjakan.

Saw the Mount Bromo nature panorama, the Batok mountain and the mountain AMeru
4. Ranu Pani, Ranu Regulo, Ranu Kumbolo, and The peak of the Semeru Mountain
Very cold lakes and always was hazy, often was used as the place of the mountain climber's transit mount Semeru
5. Ranu Darungan
